Mission Hill Pathway.png

In July 2023, the City of Boston designated DVM, in Joint Venture partnership with Oxbow Urban and J. Garland Enterprises to develop 60,000 SF of vacant city-owned land in Boston's Mission Hill neighborhood.

Our Tierra Livri.png

In August 2023, DVM and our Joint Venture Partner Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation were designated by the Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative to develop a vacant parcel in Roxbury.
