DVM Housing Partners (DVM) is proposing a bold vision to push forward the city’s most critical housing goals through the development of the B1 Parcels.
In July 2023, the City of Boston designated DVM, in Joint Venture partnership with Oxbow Urban and J. Garland Enterprises to develop 60,000 SF of vacant city-owned land in Boston's Mission Hill neighborhood.
In August 2023, DVM and our Joint Venture Partner Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation were designated by the Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative to develop a vacant parcel in Roxbury.
